DESCRIPTION
Gari Glaysher stumbled into opera as his natural tenor voice was noticed by a vocal coach whilst he sang lead vocals in a rock band. Since then he has been classically trained and can be seen singing in a variety of opera houses. Glaysher has, however, opted to release a crossover record containing many Italian standards but also some original - two being composed for Glaysher by Pavarotti's daughter. His voice is heavily trained so it is immensely rich. The texture of his voice sounds much like Josh Groban's earlier years, but that is not to be confused with technique as Glaysher vocally wipes the floor with Groban. You'll be a fan of Glaysher if you love your tenors properly trained and can as easily walk into an opera house as they can sing 'Nella Fantasia' with charmed accessibility.
