DESCRIPTION
Phillippa Lusty is currently a presence on Myspace, whose name could frequently be found on the top end of the UK Classical Opera & Vocal charts (which has since been diminished) reaching as high as the number two slot. She has a smooth and clear soprano much like Hayley Westenra, is a keen and talented songwriter (one of her songs came fourth in a national song writing competition when she was fifteen), a capable arranger and she is also an accomplished violinist. Her list of talents and achievements (especially for an unsigned artist) is long and the list is set to get longer. The majority of her material is her own work, and if not, it's at least arranged by her. Lusty's sound is relaxing and peaceful; it has much in common with All Angels, and her arrangements are especially reminiscent of Enya.

Noticed Pip has joined a vocal group as violinist and Music Director. Does this mean she has abandoned her prospective solo career and production of her CD? Too bad- solo is the way for her to make her name known.

How lovely to see such positive comments! Pip is at last working on material for her first album. To raise the much needed funds for this she will be recording an EP for Christmas. This is going to be a real treat as it her pure, clear voice laid bare, with simple acoustic accompaniment.
We will be placing a profile on Indiegogo soon to raise a small sum to do this. I hope you will support her and buy her EP. I will place links to her fundraising soon. The rewards will be plenty!

I absolutely love Pip's work! Plus she can put together some GREAT original pieces. Why is she holding back? I hope she is putting some together now- she could sell her compositions to other artists they are THAT good!

I'd really love to hear more from Pip! I wish she could put an EP album up on iTunes or something! We have some wonderful CC groups online now to spread the word! I'm sure it would sell like crazy!

I really love Phillippa Lusty's voice, it is incredible. Her music is enchanting, also. She has such an astonishing, pure, beautiful, angelic voice.
