DESCRIPTION
Seventeen year old Annelies may not be a girl you have heard of yet, but she ticks every box required to be a classical crossover star, and since she just signed to a record label, it looks like she's not about to go unnoticed. She's been singing since the tender age of seven and is no stranger to performing, having done so in front of tens of thousands of people. She has performed alongside Charlotte Church, and shared the stage with Hayley Westenra, Jonathan Ansell and Faryl Smith in 2010. Like Church and the many child stars that came after her, Annelies can boast of a precocious singing talent. Her notes are on point and she has a mature and rich texture whilst maintaining a soothing tone that has mainstream appeal. It's difficult to judge what repertoire Annelies will explore, but she does have songwriters on board and is already performing original songs at her live events. She's a marketer's dream, and she is sure to do wonders for fans of Hayley Westenra and Faryl Smith.
