Amaury Vassili is an incredibly handsome young tenor from France signed under Warner. His debut album, Vincero, has gone Gold in his home country and since his successful guest appearance on Katherine Jenkins's Believe UK tour, he has since released a revamped edition in the UK. Most of his debut disc is in French, though his UK edition has more of a mix. At only twenty one years old (his press release will have you believe he is the youngest tenor in the world; a statement that should be taken with a pinch of salt), his voice may astonish most - it's rich and strong, but not so operatic enough to make him inaccessible to a wider audience. His material is varied - there's some delightful adaptations of classical pieces from Beethoven and Elgar, but there's also your 'Who Wants To Live Forever', 'Hallelujah' and 'With or Without You' to make you feel that little bit more at home. If you enjoy the richness of sound from Il Divo you may want to pick Vassili up.
